About a month ago, my friends and I got together and cooked supper with one another. I adore cooking and having this night to laugh and cook with two of my closest friends was healing for the soul. We made this squash recipe for one of our sides and it's the perfect way to add a vegetable serving to your dinner. It's also especially convenient on nights when time is not on your side.
I N G R E D I E N T S
2 patty-pan squash
1 tbs olive oil
Seasoning of your choice
I N S T R U C T I O N S
1. Slice your squash into thick slices.
2. Sprinkle your seasoning over the squash.
3. Heat the olive oil in a saucepan and fry the squash until they are easily poked through with a fork.
4. Serve to your friends and enjoy!
