I discovered my love of salmon this past Summer. My friend and I made the coconut crusted salmon recipe and from that moment on, I was in love with salmon. Since then, I've been experimenting with new recipes involved salmon, and I finally found one I love. It's savory and rich which makes this fishy, tasty meal perfect for winter.
I N G R E D I E N T S
1 tbs garlic salt
1 tbs honey
1 tbs butter
1 salmon fillet
I N S T R U C T I O N S
1. Use 1/2 tbs of the garlic salt to season the salmon fillet. Cook salmon in coconut oil in an iron skillet until it flakes with a fork.
2. Melt the butter in the microwave, then add the remaining garlic salt and add the honey, mix.
3. Pair the salmon with a baked sweet potato and sautéed broccoli and pour the honey mixture over the fillet and enjoy!
