Another year is passing, and this means another photobook has been made! I started making a yearly photobook in 2011. I am so thankful I started--I can just picture how many family archives I will have when I'm 60 years old...so many pictures...so many amazing memories! Last year I shared a post about all my past books, today I wanted to highlight my 2014 design and how I chose our theme of the year: A Year of Adventures.
This year I have had a shift in what sparks my interest aesthetically. I have changed from a vintage and lace loving gal to embrace a more modern and simple look in everything: my home decor, my fashion, my blog and my photography. This simplistic style is what my photobook embodied.
Last year our theme was A Year of Firsts: I graduated high school, got married, started college, started blogging...there were so many "first times". This year, there were so many adventures. I embraced my love for the outdoors and spent many a day outside farming, selling flowers, hiking, biking, canoeing, kayaking, camping and this photobook embodied our year of many adventures.
If you have never made a yearly photobook--do it! It's never too late to start and now is the perfect time.
