As Anne of Green Gables once said, "I'm so glad I live in a world where there are Octobers."
I couldn't agree more with this quote. Even though the first day of Autumn was September 23, it starts to feel real the first day of October.
I have compiled an Autumn checklist, and I refuse to leave any mark unchecked:
> Have a bonfire
> Carve pumpkins
> Put mums outside my front door
> Light a Fall candle every day
> Leave the windows open a LOT
> Go hiking
> Go camping
> Go trail riding
> Wear my new boots all the time
> Live within a sweater until next Spring
> Clean out our junk room
> Bake all kinds of Fall goodness
> Have a s'more
